At SUI AVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion accessories aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
